When you purchase chips, they are credited immediately, but periodically there can be a short delay for the processing. We definitely want to make sure you get our order! If you make a purchase and do not see the chips credited to your account, please reload the game to see if your player balance updates.

1. If you did not get your order on Facebook, view your purchase history on the Facebook Payments section to verify the transaction completed.
2. Submit a screenshot or the downloaded receipt for the purchase and submit to support, selecting the topic Payments/Purchase. Our payments team will look into it and get back to you soon.

ANDROID PURCHASE

1. If you did not get your order placed on the Google Play Store, view your purchase history on Google Play to verify the transaction completed.
2. Contact Google Play to request a refund. *Must be within 48 hours of placing the order.
